Hello — my name is Terrel Chandler, founder and owner of Chandler Superior Maintenance. I established the company in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic after recognizing a critical need for higher standards in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance across Indiana.
During that time, businesses needed more than basic cleaning — they needed reliable, thorough, and professional sanitation they could trust. I set out to provide advanced cleaning procedures and techniques that help companies maintain productivity while reducing the risk of germs and viruses in the workplace.
Through my partnership with the Indianapolis Urban League and their entrepreneurship program, I gained valuable mentorship that helped me grow and scale my business. With that foundation, Chandler Superior Maintenance has continued to evolve — delivering consistent, high-quality service to a wide range of commercial clients.
